Summit Headache and Neurologic Institute is your medical home for headache specialty care and the management of general neurology conditions.  Neurologic conditions do not have to rule your life!  We can help you reach your medical goals. Headache is a complex neurologic disorder that can sometimes be difficult to treat.  Our medical director Dr. Cori Millen is fellowship trained and board certified in headache medicine.  She specializes in managing a full spectrum of headache syndromes.

We are accepting new patients and we accept most insurance plans.  You can call us or go to our Patient Portal to request an appointment online.  Our Patient Portal gives our patients a secure connection to our providers online.
